HOW DOES MY COMPANY JOIN?
Establishing an account is straight forward and quick to complete. After you have approved the terms and conditions of the service, we will send you instructions on how to upload print, video and audio advertisements to our shared database. These instructions include a description of the required metadata and will guide your technical team. Once the initial content integration has been completed, we will provide you with training and ongoing assistance on the system.

HOW WILL THE SYSTEM OPERATE?
As an administrator of the database, you will be able to perform a number of ad-hoc and saved queries. You can conduct searches on a variety of metadata including product name, category, or any combination thereof. Search results will contain all relevant descriptive data as well as links to high-resolution advertising content. These results can be proactively delivered and sold to your clients as daily or weekly reports. Additionally, you will be able to click through on an individual ad and purchase the high resolution clip for resale to your clients.

At the same time, your advertising content will be exposed to a unique audience of advertising monitors. This will lead to additional orders for your domestic content and increased revenues for your firm. We have also developed a number of analytical reports that can be customized and resold to your clients.

WILL MY CLIENTS BE ABLE TO SEE MY CORPORATE INFORMATION ON REPORTS?
Yes. When we create your account, we will customize the interface and reports that are sent from the system to show your company logo, branding and contact information.

IS THERE A FIXED PERIOD TO MY PARTICIPATION?
There is no fixed period of participation. It is our goal to provide ad monitors with an efficient, useful service that can be easily incorporated into existing sales cycles and delivery methods.

WILL YOU ACCEPT MORE THAN ONE ADVERTISING MONITOR FROM A SINGLE COUNTRY?
While our software was constructed to allow multiple inputs per country, our initial focus will be to work with the leading advertising monitor in each country.

CAN I SELECT WHICH PARTNERS WILL BE ABLE TO SEE MY ADVERTISING CONTENT?
Yes. When we create your initial account on the system, you will be provided with a full listing of existing contributors and third party partners. Using a ‘black list / white list’, you are able to select the companies you wish to do business with. You always retain the right to choose whether or not to share your data in each and every relationship we establish. The data is yours and we will always respect your business decisions.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SET THE PRICES FOR WHICH MY ADVERTISEMENTS WILL BE SOLD?
Yes. In our xml specification, we ask you to indicate a wholesale price at which your content will be sold to other advertising monitors and partners.

HOW CAN I ACCESS HIGH-RESOLUTION ADVERTISING CLIPS AND IMAGES?
When you have reviewed the advertising metadata generated from an initial search, you may click to purchase a high resolution version of the relevant advertisements or deliver a metadata report to your clients. You will have to agree to the terms and conditions of the purchase and will then be sent a link to download the advertisement directly from the contributor's database. Our software records the transaction and reconciles amounts between buyers and sellers at the end of a billing period.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Joining adfinitum is free. Purchases of individual ad content and the development of customized reports will be subject to a small transaction fee.
